Whether you’re looking to improve posture, enhance balance or simply feel more confident in your stance, this class is perfect for all levels. It complements your existing Pilates practice, helping you build stability, alignment and strength from the ground up.
🦶 Fix Your Feet (Classic Favourite)
Sometimes the smallest muscles make the biggest difference! Fix Your Feet focuses on strengthening, mobilizing and releasing your feet using tools like the toe corrector, elastic bands, ball, and blocks.
It may challenge you — you might even beg for mercy — but your feet will feel stronger, more flexible and ready for anything. Strong, happy feet are the foundation for better balance, posture and overall movement in your Pilates practice and daily life.
💻 How to Join
Both classes are free for Unlimited Members and held virtually via Google Meet. A code will be required to participate, which you’ll receive when you book your spot.
