From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted with a genuine warm welcome and a personal introduction to the studio. We will show you around, take care of everything you need and make sure you feel completely at ease before your session begins.
Your first session is guided with care and expertise — tailored to you from the very first movement. You will never feel lost or out of place. Just supported, looked after and free to enjoy the experience.

Very little — and that is rather the point.
We provide everything you need, from apparatus to all studio essentials. Simply wear something comfortable you can move freely in, and we will take care of the rest. Your only job is to arrive and enjoy.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely — fitted enough that your teacher can observe your alignment and guide you with precision, but above all something you feel at ease in.
We kindly ask that you avoid clothing with zips or fastenings that could mark the apparatus. Socks or bare feet are both perfectly welcome, and if you have long hair, tying it back will help you move with complete freedom.
Nothing more is needed. Just come as you are.

Our classes are offered at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels — ensuring every session is genuinely appropriate for where you are in your practice, and that you are always working with intention and confidence.
Even if you have practised Pilates before, we warmly recommend beginning with at least one Beginner class, particularly if it is your first time on our apparatus. This gives your teacher the opportunity to understand your body, refine your technique and build the foundations that will enrich every session that follows.
