AndyVisiting my dad from Sydney where I've been doing pilates regularly for a while I was pleasantly surprised to find a pilates studio nearby in Stourbridge. I contacted the studio and got a quick, friendly reply and booked in for a class. I had a great one on one session with Nicky on a pay as you go basis. We tried out multiple pieces of equipment - some of which I'd not even seen before. NIcky was a great guide and the hour flew by. Very pleased to have found them. Seems to be a super friendly place to do a variety of classes. Plenty of parking nearby. I already booked in for more!
- Lucy LI've been attending various classes and sessions here for a few years now - the staff are so knowledgeable and always make sure that you get the most out of your session. These classes have done wonders for my back issues and have made me much stronger for running and daily life. I don't think I'll ever stop going - best money I have ever spent on exercise!
